Right of Withdrawal: Return and Refund within 14 Days

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of European Directive 2011/83/EU and the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

1. Calculation of the time period: This period begins from the day of receipt of your order by yourself or by a third party designated by you (with the exception of the carrier).

2. How to exercise this right: To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, by using the standard form below, by email or post). Simply returning the product without prior notification does not constitute withdrawal.

3. Specific condition for cosmetic products: Due to hygiene and health protection requirements (in accordance with Article L.221-28 2° of the French Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been unsealed by you after delivery. Only products returned in their original packaging, undamaged, unopened, and with their original seals perfectly intact, will be accepted.

4. Product Return: If you withdraw from this contract, you must return the product(s) in question within fourteen (14) days of notifying us of your withdrawal, to the address we will provide. Return shipping costs are entirely your responsibility, unless we did not clearly indicate this information before your order.

5. Refund: Upon receipt of the returned products under the above conditions (or upon your provision of proof of shipment), we undertake to refund all sums paid, including standard delivery charges, within a maximum of fourteen (14) days and using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless you expressly agree to another method. In accordance with the law, no processing or administrative fees will be deducted.
